Happy Pride Month!! June is here, which means it is time to celebrate Pride! Whether you’re a part of the community or an ally, it is a great month to celebrate. I hope you are embracing your awesome self! Happy Pride, whether you are out or not. Love yourself, be who you are, and embrace your awesomeness.

To celebrate, let’s look at supporting some great sustainable LGBTQIA+ Owned Brands!

1. Automic Gold

Automic Gold is an amazing sustainable jewelry company. They do not photoshop any of their models, they’re size and body inclusive, they are completely self funded, AND all their pieces are made from reclaimed gold, and arrive in a packaging that is recyclable. 2. We Are Fluide

It can be difficult to try and find sustainable, vegan and cruelty free makeup, especially with fun COLOR. We are Fluide has you covered with their range of lipstick, lip gloss, eyeliner, eyeshadow and so much more. One of their highlight products for me is the biodegradable glitter, which is perfect for all the Pride Events this June! 4. Kirrin Finch

Kirrin Finch began when the founders experienced their own frustration with trying to find menswear-inspired apparel that fit their personal style and that were designed to fit a range of women and non-binary bodies. So their solution was to design their own all-inclusive brand, while prioritizing making environmentally sustainable practices. 5. W3ll People

The W3ll People is an LGBTQ+ owned makeup brand. I feel like a lot of us love a quick trip to Target. I LOVE that you can find W3ll People in the beauty aisle at Target with their gorgeous collection of all the essentials. They’re sustainable, EWG verified and nontoxic. so definitely check them out here.

6. Kiss My Face

You might have seen Kiss My Face in some natural grocery stores. You’ll find a range of deodrants, shampoos, toothpaste, hand sanitizer… the whole range! They are a clean, sustainable, cruelty-free brand a part of the LGBTQ+ community that you can check out here.

7. Homoco

Swimwear brand Homoco has got you covered if you’re looking for recycled plastic, colorful, sustainable swimwear for this June and the whole summer season! 8. Beefcake Swimwear

Pride Month is in Summer so it is the perfect time to get some sustainable swimwear! Beefcake makes 1920s inspired swimsuits that are size inclusive (XS-5X)! The detail and effort that goes into their swimwear is incredible as they are hand-sewn and cut, made from recycled plastic and printed in small batches for quality control. Otherwild is a sustainable zero waste products hotspot. They are a queer, women-owned store and studio in LA filled with zero waste products. They also have an online store with a bunch of apparel, accessories and housewares from local artists and designers.
